     Once you submit, we will contact you within 24 hours to schedule your 2 free sessions (Value: $120)

  • We learn who you are

    • We discuss your goals and current lifestyle. We learn what you’ve done, what’s worked and what hasn’t, your likes and dislikes, everything we need to know in order to make sure your program is completely unique to you.

  • We learn how you move

    • We use a series of postural assessments to figure out how your body moves, so we can address current aches and pains you might have (and avoid future ones), so you can get back to working out on your own without needing a trainer.

  • You learn who we are

    • Let’s be honest, you have to like us if you are going to work with us. This is your test drive, this is your opportunity to interview us and make sure that we are the right fit for you. No sales games, just simply showing you what our approach is and allowing you to make the decision on your own.
