Newsletter Contest Terms and Conditions
Thank you for showing interest in our contest (and newsletter). Please read below for all rules related to this contest.

+ How will the winner claim their prize?
One winner will be selected randomly and announced in the first newsletter. We are hoping you will read the newsletter, so once you see your name, just email us from the same email you submitted and we will schedule your sessions and start from there.
+ What does "1 Month of Training" include?
The winner is eligible for 2 sessions a week, for 4 consecutive weeks, for a total of 8 sessions with Jesse Smith.
The sessions will be a half hour in duration and will be serviced at the Anytime Fitness located in Natomas. You will also recieve free 30 day, 24 hour access to this facility.
If you have any major injuries that require a corrective exercise specialist, you may also request to train with our head trainer, David Lacayo. Since David's sessions are a higher rate, this exchange will be for 5 sessions with David instead of the 8 with Jesse.
+ What if I have a medical condition that can be aggitated by an increase to my activity levels?
The winner must complete a PAR-Q and be cleared by a doctor to exercise. If there are any medical conditions that could be aggrevated by an increase to their activity level the myFIT trainer might request a physician's note. This note must be recieved before the start of the first session.
If you can not obtain a note from your physician, you may gift your sessions to a friend or family member but these sessions will have no cash value to exchange or sell.
+ When do I need to use my sessions by?
The package must be started by August 1st, 2019, with a final completion date of August 31st, 2019.
These sessions must also be used within 30 days of the first session.
+ Is there anything else I should know?
By entering this contest, you are allowing us to put your first name and the first letter of your last name in our newsletter.
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We have zero tolerance for verbal abuse or sexual harassment towards other members of the gym pr your trainer. If this is reported you will immediately forfit the remaining sessions and your membership.
You must also adhere to all the rules of Anytime Fitness.
You must live in the Sacramento area so these sessions can be serviced in person.
Session timeslots are subject to availability, we ask that you cooperate with your trainer and his other clients in order to find session times that work well for all parties involved.
