Our goal in training is to not only help you reach your goals, but to also change the way you think about health and fitness. We want to not only make you move, but change the way you move. We don’t believe in quick fixes, we believe in lifestyle changes. We set up our programs so that the progress we make together, you will be able to maintain indefinitely. We don’t want our clients to endlessly need us, we want to educate you to the point where you have every tool you need to create the health you will need for the best years of your life. Having a trainer shouldn’t be limited to the 1 hour you meet with him on any given day, it should include every resource you need to succeed.  With our system of using a metabolism calculator, logging your food, and carefully programmed workouts for any skill level or injury, there is no hoping you’ll make progress; as long as you follow the formula, it will work.
